In the theoretical part of the thesis common knowledge of pupils' conceptions of science and scientists is described. It also summarises researches following up these issues, and conceptions of science education at primary school in the Czech Republic and other chosen states. Issues of postponement of school attendance in the town of Kladno
Fürstová, Jana ; Kropáčková, Jana (advisor) ; Stará, Jana (referee)
The thesis is mapping the region of Kladno in period of 4 years and is pointing to an increase of school suspension in 2011by about six percent, compared to the average in previous three years. With help of used research methods, interviews and data analysis, we have confirmed and determined a hypothesis, that the most weakened components of children's personalities in Kladno are connected to social maturity, which pointed out self- sufficiency problems and problems with making contacts with peers. At the field of mental maturity we detected speech defects and inability to focus on classwork. Also we concluded that school suspension is more frequently granted to boys. This is pointed out in the theory of Langmeier, J., Krejčířová, D. 2006 and ÚIV. However, the month of birth, which also determines accession to the school, is important. At the end of our thesis, which contains general summary, we highlighted the uncertain areas and we suggested other possible topics, which needs to be further investigated.

Conceptually, this work is split into two parts: theoretical part and methodological-empiric part: The Theoretical part. This is divided to three units. The first unit explains the content of the main terms connected with field geography education. It offers different variations of field education and the reader is introduced to meanings and benefits of this educational style for students. The second unit deals with the term "education efficiency and gives its possible homonyms and synonyms. By means of efficiency scheme and education levels it refers to the particular aspects which influence it. The third unit is focused on literature analysis. The Methodological-empiric part. This is inscribed to a closer approach of methodology of research work and collected data. It contains an explanation of a selection of used methods: introduction of qualitative research and controlled interview; and introduction of surveyed sample and analysis of the data. Title: The description of the running technique of the Czech record holder in sprint in the category of 15 years. Objectives: The main aim of my Bachelor study was to describe the technique running of a sprinter in the category of 15 years. Based on the methodology of educational research we evaluated the level of the running technique on the shortest sprint track in the category of 15 years, on the 60 meters, by the deliberately chosen individual. The monitored object is the current best sprinter in the Czech Republic in the category of 15 years. Methods: In the presented Bachelor study there are used the educational methods as the observation and the questionnaire. Using the observation and the subsequent description we monitored the performance of individual techniques in terms of block starts, acceleration and full-speed running. We also monitored the performance level of this young talented sprinter in athletic seasons 2009 and 2010. We used the questioning to determine the possible early stages of specialised athletic training. Results: Thank to the set plan of the Bachelor study, we recorded, in terms of the running technique of the observed subject, an individual sprint performance, which did not differ from the standard description of the sprint technique. As we deal with a competitor in...

The first part is a description of all FYKOS' activities (correspondence part, camps, FYKOSí Fyziklání and others). The second chapter includes an analysis of statistical survey of FYKOS' participants. Other chapters are dedicated to the description of gathering feedback and its interpretation. The feedback was made in several ways - interviews, web questionnaire and email questionnaire. Special attention was turned to study and professional development of former participants. Acquired knowledge lead up to formulation of possible improvements of FYKOS which are introduced in the last part of this theses. It was discovered that among respondents of...

Hušáková, Barbora ; Šebesta, Karel (advisor) ; Saicová Římalová, Lucie (referee)
v anglickém jazyce The present M.A. thesis deals with teaching the Czech for foreigners in the preschool education institution. The work with the preschool children is connected with lots of specifics and thus it requires teacherʼs special attitude towards their very young learners. Children- foreigners often come from families, where nobody speaks Czech and their vocabulary is very restricted. Therefore, their inclusion into the Czech educational environment is not easy. In the theoretical part, at first we will focus on analysis of curriculum documents for preschool education, particularly with regard to children-foreigners. Afterwards, we will pay oneʼs attention to possibilities of support of integration of children-foreigners during education in Czech preschool institutions. After that, we will outline the aspects accompanying foreigners' integration into teaching and theoretical ways for child-foreigners integration process. At the end of the theoretical part, we characterize group and individual courses. Two case studies are subject of the empirical part and they contain the complex analysis of situation of children-foreigners in selected preschool institutions.
